It’s about figuring out our strengths and weaknesses and being prepared to work on areas that want improving, akin to attitudes, mateships, school, or getting together with others better. It’s having the COURAGE to be trustworthy with ourselves and being open and willing to change in a positive direction.

Being round mates and individuals who love and respect us is one other manner to be ok with ourselves, which will raise our self-esteem. Individuals who know our faults and like us just the same are good friends. It is usually essential to not take ourselves so critically and to be able to laugh at ourselves.
